Let’s take a look at the UK example of Virgin Wines.

While this deal has not been brokered by IntroNiche, it does provide a good idea of what cross-marketing can do for your company.

Virgin Wines, a UK e-tailer offers a £40 voucher to all customers on Amazon.co.uk who purchased books online. Virgin’s consumer behaviour analysis tells them that customers who purchase books online would also be open to purchasing wine online. Amazon’s client base provides Virgin Wines with very valuable targeting.

The ability to offer a Virgin Wine voucher to their selected clients provides Amazon.co.uk with a way in which to offer their client base additional value.
