Marketing made easy on IntroNiche

There is a lot of stuff made easy on IntroNiche nowadays. Check out the banner exchange,

IntroNiche reviewed on Mashable - we're the back scratching ad network!

For the "surprise surprise..." category.
 Mashable review of IntroNiche
IntroNiche got covered last week in Mashable by Kristen Nicole.

Basically, it made my day since you don't get reviewed every day by one of the most popular web 2.0. blogs.

I'm also really glad Mashable hit the spot on a couple of essential points.

First of all, the IntroNiche cross-promotion will make or break on critical mass.
It's not going to come overnight but I'm confident we'll get there.
Mashable reviewing us will obviously help over time too ;-)

Cross-marketing explained at DoshDosh

I stumbled across a blog post on DoshDosh today, which I liked for three reasons:

  1. It covered cross-marketing, a subject close to my heart
  2. It calls for making specific cross-marketing proposals - which is key when you want to make cross-marketing deals

Great reading: distribution channels for services

I stumbled on this great post by Nancy Sager from Marketing M.O.
It can basically be summarized as cross-promotion or joint-venture marketing 3.0., advanced class.
Enjoy! And feel free to apply these ideas on Introniche.com!

"Distribution channels for services: Big ideas, big payoff"

Last week James talked about the unglamorous but important topic of distribution channels. It’s one of the “4 Ps” (“placement”), but many marketers and smaller companies don’t think about it as often as they should.  And it’s potentially the most important strategy in your arsenal.

When you sell a physical product, it’s easy to keep distribution strategy and channels at the top of the priority list.  You may have a direct sales team, a network of resellers & VARs, a retail presence, a catalog and/or an e-commerce website.

But what about distribution options for intangibles like services?

Google Pagerank 2 - out of the sewers

Hi there,

It seems the past efforts to get this website indexed are starting to pay off.

Today I spotted IntroNiche has Pagerank 2.
Not a bad result for a website which has only been live for a month now.
We're not playing the Victoria & Albert Hall yet. But we're not hiding in the sewers either.

 Some things must have helped:

1) Regularily updating this very blog as a placeholder for IntroNiche.com -
probably better than an "under construction" page. Content rules.

IntroNiche almost a month live!

How time runs when you're having a good time!

Here are some of the major highlights:

  1. Live! Even though far from perfect, the site is finally good enough to put live. April 1.
  2. Amsterdam! IntroNiche presenting at the Next Web Conference Amsterdam.
Good feedback, new contacts and lots of drinks. April 3 & 4.
